Mel Blanc as passenger in sleeper car?

I couldn't help but notice the passenger's almost exact duplication of Elmer Fudd's speech. I don't see him in the credits, but sometimes they don't always list everyone. It happens when Rosalind and Lee are both arguing about who gets the sleeping berth, she kicks him out, and he falls into that man across the aisle.

I agree. That had to be Mel Blanc.

On further research, that was Arthur Q. Bryan, who is listed in the cast and who was the voice of Elmer Fudd.

In your research, were you able to determine if that was his normal speaking voice? I couldn't figure out why he was speaking that way. Unless I missed it, there didn't seem to be a point. For cartoon characters the voices are fine but when the come out of an actual person, it can be very annoying.

Woman, man! That's the way it should be Tarzan. [Tarzan and his mate]

That was not his normal speaking voice.
