Best line in the whole movie...

When Kitty is talking to Mr. Cross in the cafe after they initially "met"... He guessed that she was an actress, and then she was like, "Well now that you know all about me, tell me about yourself..."...

That was hardly "all about" her. Heh... Clever and abrupt way for her to get onto the matter of mining for information about him.

I actually had to LOL.

Yes, she was pretty adept at steering the conversation but then again she apparently has had a lot of practice doing it (as Johnny later alludes to).

BTW, you meant "'all about' her," right?

reply

Yes I did. I just corrected it. Haha... Simple slip of the fingers. o.O

You picked a great piece of dialog, but the best line was:
"They'll be masterpieces" as she has reduced him to painting her toes.

I think this film is filled with great dialogue. Excellent film if you've never seen it.

Every line out of Johnny's mouth amused me.

I do love the line: "It's only blackmail, baby ... if you're dumb enough to get caught."

My favourite line is when Kitty asks Chris to paint her nails, and when he starts painting them she says, "They'll be masterpieces."

A previous poster singled out that line.

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." (Matthew 7:12)

How about,

Adele: "next thing you know you'll be painting women without clothes on"
Chris: "I've never seen a woman without clothes on"
