Isn't that Bobby "Baretta" Blake as the messenger boy from the telegraph office?

Looks a little like him, but it's not Blake. Just saw this on TCM.

Yes, it is. If you look carefully, during the big shoot-out scene in the saloon, he grabs a six-gun and starts shooting the bar girls.
