Based on Gold Rush?
The movie vaguely reminds me of Chaplin's Gold Rush. Anyone else notice?
B&W, Comedy, Skagway, Gold Fever-those are about the only things that are the alike in the two movies. I'm not discounting the way that you remember them, but, I think that if you watched them back-to-back you'ld see how different they are.
