Say something nice about Veda

I'll start.

She knows how to dance the hula. lol.

reply

The film had one part that answers that - large text that appeared at one point: 'The End'

reply

She was pretty--on the surface.

reply

She seemed to care for Kay. Other than that, I got nothin...

reply

She's a fairly competent pianist.

reply

She "whacked" Monty Beragon.

I do hope he won't upset Henry...

reply

She's going to prison. That's nice for the girls already there.

reply

Ha! There was only one of her? :D

"We want the finest wines available to humanity. We want them here and we want them now."

reply

She moved out when asked/told ;)

reply

She thought Mrs. Biederhof was strictly middle class.

reply

She had a nice singing voice and she loved her sister Kay.

reply

I remember she said "distinctly middle class" (who the hell talks in this stupid way!)

reply

My nice thing to say about Veda is that she was right about how her mother could've married Wally. Marrying Monte Beragon was a disaster for Mildred, her business and her daughter. Wally worked hard and wasn't a "loafer" like Monte was.

Mag, Darling, you're being a bore.

She seemed to love her sister Kay. Plus, she actually seemed to have more insight into her weakness than her mother did ("You know how I am."). If Mildred had listened to her that one time and let her go, maybe things would have been different down the line.

"He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy! Now, piss off!" - Free speech forever! :)

reply

She was quite a looker and... that's it.

Hey there, Johnny Boy, I hope you fry!
