Question About Use in Video . . . ?

I seem to recall that footage of this cartoon was used in a music video in the late 1980's and/or early '90's. It was probably for Fontella Bass' 1965 R&B classic "Rescue Me," but I'm not too sure. Perhaps others who've seen it who frequent these boards can apprise me.
