Just watched this on TCM and really enjoyed it.

Not a classic, but it does have some very good actors ( inc William Bendix )in it, and the scene with Jack Benny was really funny.

Worth catching if you can.

I agree with your assessment...I was able to view this through Amazon's on demand video for free since I'm a prime member. While I'm glad I got to see it, I'm not interested in owning it.
