Beautiful 1940s blonde glamour girl Dolores Moran, that's who. She was a WB contract player who appeared in many WB pictures in the 1940s, but unfortunately never became a big star. She is gorgeous isn't she? Especially in that silver gown! (Or if the movie was filmed in Technicolor, it probably would have been gold!)
