Overlooked Classic

I agree, but would give it a 9 out of ten. Among horror buffs, though, I would say that it is far from "overlooked" -- at least by those who aren't fans of "Friday the 13th [Part 1,000]." Sarcasm fully intended, of course.

For me, the ghostly golfer sequence detracts a wee bit from the overall power of the film, although its light-hearted nature might arguably be defended in view of the horrific story and end to the "frame story," which follow.

Keep forgetting to tell U X I saw this on the big screen a few years back and it is still terrific! All the dorx that think it is a rip-off don't understand it was the originator!
