Telephone Operator at the Rainbow Lodge resembles Mrs. Mason

I wonder if I'm the only fan of the movie "Conflict" who noticed an amazing resemblance between the wife of Bogart's Richard Mason character and the telephone operator at the Rainbow Lodge?

Actually she could be the younger sister (much more than Alexis Smith) of Mrs.Mason.

I wonder if the big resemblance was intended by Warner Brothers or if it was just by accident?
