I loved this film....Any recommendations??

I absolutely loved this film....the fluffy sort of romance thing, the way they ended up together, they way Walker seemed so shy and unassuming...it was all so sweet. I always get the warmest feeling after watching this movie, and was wondering if any of you guys could give me some recommendations for other similar films? (Can be with anyone, not necessarily with Judy or Robert)

DEFINITELY, A BETTER FILM AND RIGHT UP YOUR ALLY. IT'S CALLED HIDE-OUT MADE IN 1934 WITH ROBERT MONTGOMERY AND MARGARET O'SULLIVAN. WONDERFULLY ROMANTIC WITH DIFFERENT PLOT THAN "CLOCK". DON'T QUOTE ME ON THE TITLE AND SUCH BUT GOOD HUNTING!

You would probably love the 1940 film 'The Shop Around the Corner', with the most-marvelous Jimmie Stewart, and Margaret Sullavan. Has a very similar feel, and is a very sweet story...and set in a European country, which gives it an almost otherworldy oddness...but in a very good way. Let me know if you see it! :)

Thanks dear, i'll have to look out for that one!

Watch Waterloo Bridge. But be sure to have a lot of Kleenex nearby! Its a beautifully moving story and I absolutely adore Vivien Leigh (anyone who watches this will most likely agree)

Today's movies are not new; they're recycled

Another great film where Robert Walker is playing a similar character is "Since You Went Away", a great wartime film, where he plays opposite his then wife (unfortunately, his soon-to-be ex-wife), actress Jennifer Jones. They are both so adorable and innocent together; it's definitely worth a look.

I always loved "Brief Encounter" (1946) starring Trevor Howard and Celia Johnson. Also "Roman Holiday" (1953) starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. Another glorious love story. "Now, Voyager" (1942) starring Bette Davis and Paul Henreid is equally lovely.

Another great wartime movie is "The Best Years of Our Lives" starring Myrna Loy and Dana Andrews.

This is a more modern film, but "Before Sunrise" with Ethan Hawke is a really great romance.

This film reminded me of, "I'll Be Seeing You," with Ginger Rogers.
I loved both movies!

Here's a few:

Brief Encounter
Miracle in the Rain
Babette's Feast
Bridges of Madison County
Sunrise (silent movie)

I never heard of that movie, but the bus scene you are speaking of is shown on imdb's front page:

You MUST see Miracle in the Rain! Jane Wyman and Van Johnson. Very romantic wartime tear-jerker in the same vein as The Clock.
