... that in this Boston Blackie film that The Runt and Boston Blackie are sleeping in twin beds in the same bedroom and apparently sharing living quarters? How about that autographed picture of Boston Blackie to the runt sitting in their apartment? Just a little strange huh?

Even more strange is the fact they dressed up in blackface which was extremely offensive!

Laurel and Hardy shared a double bed in a lot of their films. Something that a lot of husband and wives were not allowed to be seen sharing on screen at that time.
