a lot to Recommend

This pic is under-rated;

fine cast as well...the judo scene near the end is worth the price of admission.

Espionage makes this a thriller;it has ambiance in which b\w makes it even more effective(compelling).

...and what a soundtrack !

And,please,judge(discern)this film in its context of 1945 !

ps Sidney does a nice turn as a mysterious Eurasian character.
