Early Version of Virtual Reality

In the scene where the B-25 bombers are flying over Tokyo, the scene is a long one filmed from within the cockpit of a B-25. Stare at the scene long enough and you'll start to get the sensation of being in the cockpit with the pilot and co-pilot, as if you're sitting behind them. It's like an early version of an interactive virtual reality entertainment ride.
