What a sleazebag Selznick was - making this sugary movie about honor, loyalty, love of country and a wonderful marriage (Colbert and her unseen husband off at war) all the while Selznick was seducing Jennifer Jones and cuckolding her husband Robert Walker.

This positively infantile preoccupation with bosoms!Terry-Thomas about US 1963.Hasnt changed much!
