When Holmes returns to Judge Brisson's home, we see Nora looking out the window, the real Nora, but a split second later the scene shifts to inside the house with Nora still looking out the window only now it's obviously the killer in disguise
shareIt's not a goof, it's meant to trick the audience by making them think, "Wait, but I saw the real Nora......I think." Now, we can just rewind and see that indeed it was the actress playing her that we saw.
Plus, the villain is built up as basically a Lon Chaney when it comes to makeup, so we should assume he could really make himself look like the real Nora
