Will There Ever Be A Rainbow? by Montgomery Burns

This has got to be the cheesiest of all titles for a movie that always reminds me of Montgomery Burns on the Simpsons writing his auto-bio and calling it Will There Ever Be A Rainbow?

I think a strong contender might be Come Back, Little Sheba as well.

Anyone else care to harbor a guess?
