Wsa it really Lon Chaney under that Mummy makeup, Chaney has a plumpish face, but in all those Chaney Mummy films the Mummy was very thin faced...??

However later researchers (Tom Weaver, the Brunas Bros and others) state that studio records confirm Chaney played the Mummy.
