The East Side Kids do their bit for the Born-to-Rule side of town

The best part of this entry in the East Side Kids series is the opening scene where the 'brains' of the gang, Muggs, interrogates a new applicant for membership of "The Kids", Herbie. Muggs is suspicious of the mature-looking Herbie's adolescent credentials. Herbie, not over-burdened with intelligence & transparently incompetent as a liar, tries to pass himself off as 14, the quick-fire Muggs shoots back with "28 more like it!"
