Why is this not on top of the most expensive films ever produced list?

It clearly cost at least 50% more than Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, yet it is not even on the list. It pisses me off that they exclude something just because its connection to the Nazis, information is information, I don't want it removed because somebody feels it may offend people or not help selling other products.

The same thing with Titanic, the German version from 1942, it cost around the same amount as the 1997 Titanic, again not even listed. Hypocrisy!
