Who would you have cast?

I personally thought Ronald Colman was terrific casting as Hafiz, as was Dietrich as Jamilla.

But a lot of critics keep saying Colman was miscast.

So, if you are one who thinks he was miscast,

who would you have cast as Hafiz in 1944?


*by the way, I thought Colman was much better than Howard Keel would later be in the 1955 musical version.
