Acquanetta is hilarious!

It's really easy to say Acquanetta was a bad actress but she always cracks me up. I think it's hard to tell whether she had any acting ability from the Ape Woman movies, so maybe she was the worst actress who ever lived. But she was a great performer! Immensely entertaining! I love it when she's walking zombie-like in the woods, or crouching and running to get away from Willy or stealthily hiding by the bungalow.

And that accent she uses! Almost everything she says makes me laugh, even when she says something as simple as "NO!" to the hero when he's taking her back to the sanatorium.

Any problems with this movie have nothing to do with Acquanetta. She delivers big time. This movie mostly suffers from the flashback structure because there are too many scenes of the inquest and too much footage from the previous film. I'm guessing the profits from the first one were rather meager and the second one was made on the shoestringiest budget you ever saw.
