This film was back on BBC2 yesterday. It's not bad. Two posts assume that James Mason's leading lady was Lucie Mannheim. But she played the hotel proprietress. The female lead was the pretty but useless Clare Hamilton. Was she someone's girlfriend? She was no actress. If she was Maureen O'Hara's sister, as is claimed here, why isn't she included among O'Hara's siblings on her page, allegedly edited by O'Hara herself?
