What a great name for a movie.

This movie is a total gyp. I didn't see one fanny, by gaslight or otherwise. And the English being so into spankings and paddlings, you'd expect othwerwise.

I think you are joking, but just in case Fanny is the nickname of the main character whose full name is Vandra. Even if it were the slang term it doesn't mean the same thing in British English as in American. The U.K. meaning is much more obscene.

Please tell me where in the book or in the movie does the name "Vandra" appear?
