Where can I find one of those - I want a pair. Cute character. I think "Sir" was a Calypso singer back in the day.

I think he was in a couple other Val Lewton movies.

Sir Lancelot was a genuine and successful calypso singer popular in the '40's and '50's. The song that is featured in "I Walked with a Zombie", "Shame and Scandal in the Family", was actually a hit for him and was written prior to the making of the movie. He was a regular at the Village Vanguard for many years.
