on the cutting room floor?

I've watched this movie. Well, not completely...I skip every 30 seconds or so of it. There are very few scenes with more than just the main cast yet it is listed that Alan Hale Jr(yes the skipper from Gilligan's Island) plays the role of "boy" in this film. I don't recall seeing any "boy" characters in this film other than the children of Bette Davis' character or the baby on the train. Plus, at age 22 he would hardly be a "boy." I can only assume his scene was left on the cutting room floor. If anyone HAS spotted him in the movie, I'd love to know where!

Wow RafaelStorm, I didn't know there was an alternate ending to the film. I assume it was how the play itself ended instead of the way the film ended. Would have loved to see it. I DO think Alan Hale Jr's scenes were either cut or what you suggested.
