More People Died On The Goya Than The Titanic

It is ironic that Germany made a movie about the Titanic during world war 2 when during that conflict it suffered the sinking of the Goya, General Steuben and Wilhelm Gustloff which resulted in greatest loss of life at sea in history - http://codoh.com/library/document/2377/

You might be on to something but for one detail. The movie was made and released 2 years before the attack on the Goya.

What's ironic is that more people died on the Cap Arcona than the number of those who died on the Titanic.
