When Saithood was Out of Fashion

Luis Alberni came to save the day. Latitude Zero figures prominently in this little seen "sub" flick where a conning tower on a Nazi Uboat goes backwards like any car leaves a parking space. I didn't even see anything that graceless in the German masterwork "Das Boot". Here, it's done every 50 mins. or so. Where else would anyone go to see that chanteuse with all the juice, Fifi D'orsay? Or Alan Baxter the once and future lousy actor who once showed so much promise? Or John Litel on leave from far greater islands than this one? In this he is an ex member of the "American gestapo", a NYC flatfoot looking for gangster boy Baxter who's busy selling contraband torpedoes to afore mentioned Nazi sub commanders. Such fun! I wonder what Bogart and Abe Vigoda would have done with such material? Not as good as "Junior Sea Raiders" but not as bad as a gallon of Romilar CF. And afterall, no dolphins were harmed during the making of this. But no cast members made any money either.

The sense itself was I.

Sounds like you have a new name for Gruel.

Do U still want to see it?

I see that it is offered "free" on-line. Maybe, if I get any sicker and confined to the bed, and there's nothing on the 500 channels available on cable, I might, yes.

(it actually sounds like a real novelty)

The novelty of the naval, then. Or is it the navel?
