i know it was a common practice not to give all who participated in a film credit. most are always listed (uncredited), however in a lot of movies of the 20', 30's and 40's actors of color had some significant parts but are not listed.
which brings me to my question. does anyone know the actress who played the golddigger at the nightclub? the one who wants dooley wilson to spend, spend, spend!

Her name is Florence O'Brien. I wondered why she wasn't credited. I just noticed she wasn't credited. She's one of my favorites. If you enjoyed her comedic talent in this movie, check her out with Mantan Moreland in Lucky Ghost. Whoever didn't credit Florence O'Brien was a fool. I'm going to make sure her name is added to the credits here.
