It's quite a corny, not very good movie but I have a copy of the film and can anyone tell me where Gertrude Lawrence is in the movie? She's credited in it but I have searched everywhere and I can't see her anywhere. Was rather curious to catch her as she was a big theatre star of the time who didn't make that many movies.

I don't believe Gertrude Lawrence is in this film as she surely would have been billed even for a fleeting cameo, this was made around the time of one of her biggest Broadway hits, LADY IN THE DARK. I suspect some fan though she was in it and submitted her name to IMDb and they went ahead and put her in the credits as they seldom bother to attempt to confirm such updates.
shareWell, on the cover of the DVD her name is listed amongst the cast members . . . she may very well be in the movie, only fleetingly so . . . or, possibly, was cut, for whatever reason . . .
