Who laughs

You most probably have to have the dvd to help me with this
Well im just watching it now and about 44 min in when Joan is saying goodbye to Kansas before she heads to the Phillippines?
..Kansas falls clumsily and someone blurts out this breathy laugh..doubting it could be film crew..other option is P.G but the laugh doesnt really match with her mouth movements
I'd just like opinions! :D

Hollywood isnt home but it sure is purdy
