Did anyone else notice ''Mrs. Redi'' bore a dead-on resemblance to....?

Did anyone else notice "Mrs. Redi" bore a dead-on resemblance to Val Lewton's aunt, the legendary --- and notorious --- Alla Nazimova?

For comparison, check out Nazimova in her three final screen appearances in the 1944 movies, Since You Went Away, In Our Time and The Bridge of San Luis Rey.

It's too complete a resemblance to be coincidental and goes a long way to reinforce The Seventh Victim's lesbian subtext.

It's also funny that The film's commenter, Steve Haberman on the DVD, didn't mention it.
