Apparently there was an episode on Disneyland called "Two Happy Amigos" which featured Donald and Jose. I think it was a originally part of "Saludos Amigos" but was never featured... or something like that. But does anyone know where i can find this episode?

footage "dates" it.
That may be what "Two Happy Amigos" is.
I also read that they planned a third Latin American animation/live-action film based in Cuba (and probably making use of all the other ideas that are shown in "Saludos" - i.e., Central America - but never made it to the screen in the other two films.
But they cancelled that when "3 Caballeros" didn't make enough profit.
