Cut footage

My understanding of this short was that it was censored. Apparently, the original ending was that Grandma and Wolfie end up married with a gaggle of rug rats. Apparently, the censors objected to this on the grounds that it implied beastiality (even if the concept of a post menopausal woman and a walking talking wolf reproducing is patently absurd.) Anyone else know about this? Was the original ending actually shot, or was it cut in the script stage?
