Ella Raines

This movie is entertaining. Good play, excellent characters and well written is a classic film noir. The director knew how to deal with black and white on the set and on the screen. I must give a thumbs up to the producer as well, she was very competent in producing this movie.
What can I say about the actors and actresses. Raines, a very good actress that did not make it big. Nor did Thomas Gomez or Alan Curtis or Elisa Cook Jr.
All who are dead please remember you are remembered for not only in front of the camera but also behind. I hope you meet you in the after life and tell you that I remember that film and you in it. Thanks for entertaining me (as well as millions who remember this film). Including the black woman at the subway gate, Lillian Randolph.

Lillian Randolph! She's the housekeeper in "It's A Wonderful Life" who is saving up for a divorce if she ever gets a husband. I always loved her.
