The part where they go into the russian hospital to see all the Chinese who have been injured by the Japanese. The Russian doctor who begs "Mr. Davies" to tell the Americans what he's seen gives his name as Dr. Botkin.

That's the name of the Czar's doctor who was murdered along with the czar and his family by Lenin & Co.

Somebody had a twisted sense of humor.
