Leopard Man spoof?

Does anyone recall a Looney Tunes or Merry Melodies short with Sylvester and Tweety that featured an escaped leopard or panther? Was this a spoof of The Leopard Man? I only have the most vague memories of this short.

Thanks!!

No, but there was an Only Fools and Horses episode where Del and Rodney discuss making a film called There's a Rhino Loose in the City. Hope that helps!

Finally found it for you. I remembered it was a Black Panther that escaped from a Zoo. It featured Sylvester with two dog pals (Spike and Chester-no Tweety which was fine with me!) Chester the little dog idolizes Spike until he finds that Spike is in terror of a cat and their roles reverse at the end. Whenever Chester looks somewhere he spots Sylvester. Whenever Spike goes in he encounters the Black Panther. The killer panther would swipe his claws at Spike the Dog and the dog would separate into slices. I'm sure they wouldn't allow this in a cartoon nowadays. I always liked this cartoon and believe it's the one you're looking for. It's called 'Tree for Two' (1952) and here's a youtube link for it. If the link doesn't work just go straight to Youtube and do a search for Looney Tunes - Tree for Two. Enjoy!

There's also a Simpson's episode (I think it's one of their Halloween specials) where the kids are running from a monster, then we see blood under the door, Leopard-man style.
