Is there any plan to Put this movie on DVD

Paramount briefly held the rights to the Republic library and they were going to release December of 05 if I remember correctly. But Lionsgate bought back the library and there is no longer any plans for it cause Lionsgate prefers to keep Re-releasing titles already out on DVD.
