Looking for a film

I'm looking for a film about Nazi activity in WW II. I remember seeing it as a child. The scene that sticks out most in my mind is where the Nazi's need blood for there injured troops and transfuse blood from the nearby village children. Is this the film?? Can someone help please??

The movie you're thinking of is The North Star. Here's the IMDB link, where you can watch the entire film. Interesting in its positive treatment of the Soviet Union as our WWII allies, which came back to haunt many of the film's participants a few years later.
