Dr. Seuss drawings?

I'm just a few minutes into the movie, but right at the start a factory owner is shown drawings promoting a work slow down in his factory.
These drawings bare a striking resemblance to Dr. Seuss' Yertle the Turtle. I don't find any credit listed here or on Dr. Seuss' page for them.

Anyone have evidence whose drawings they are?

William S. Darling was the art director for this movie. He had started being a portrait painter 25 years earlier. So there is a strong possibility that he was responsible for the drawings.
