Awesome restored blu ray from Cohen Media Group!

Just got the restored print from Cohen Media Group on blu ray. One of Fritz Lang's classics! They don't make great films like this anymore. The restoration is not perfect, but it is the best it has ever looked. If you are a Fritz Lang fan, this deserves to be in your collection. Decent special features, too!

How can something assembled together from sources of varying quality be "the best it has ever looked"?

Much better and essentially flawless presentations of considerably older movies exist.

Its just finding the right source for these restorations. The best way is to obtain the actual film negative and go frame by frame fixing everything. Especially dirt and splices. Yeah this Cohen version makes me crave for a Criterion proper restoration if possible.
