A similar movie

I saw this movie on GetTV recently and watched it, thinking I had seen it before. When I watched it, it was the same, but different, like a sequel. It was A Night to Remember (1942) with Brian Aherne and Loretta Young. Both movies were comedy/mysteries with a mystery-writing husband and his wife. I came here to look them up and they were both written by Richard Flournoy. (Does that sound like an alias or what?) So, if you liked one, watch for the other.
