The house interior looks identical to the interior of the house in Arsenic and Old Lace. It must have been the same set
One character even comes rushing down the same (?) steps with a shot gun in the same way 'Teddy' did in A&OL.
Definately is the same house. Its written in the trivia section of the main page. I also was reminded of Teddy when Charles Coburn came down the stairs with rifle in hand. The only missing was him yelling "CHARGE!!!!!".
UPDATE: I just realized,over 2 years after posting the above information, that I had repeated what u had already told us. There was a man who "charged the same steps with a rifle in his hand, just asTeddy had some in AAOL."
