Remember - or maybe you're too young to know -- the Hollywood Production Code back then was very strict. Today's Hollywood might at least allude to it and have Linda dressed sexually, but back then everything was family-oriented. Even the words "rape" and "pregnant" weren't uttered on the screen. These serials were designed for the kids at Saturday movie matinees so there would have been no chance of anything you proposed being filmed, let alone shown.
