This movie has some great quotes in it - I was surprised not to see any listed yet. Here's one. Corporal Barney Todd is a rather unpleasant type and one who Sergeant Dane suspects of being the guy who double-crossed him a couple years earlier. They go out on a grenade run, and Todd gets shot in the heel. The next day, they're doing roll call and the Sergeant casually asks Todd, "How's the heel," to which Todd replies with a straight-face, "I'm fine, Sergeant. How are you?"

I just watched this and couldn't help but laugh when Corp. Feingold is shot and comes limping toward the captain, clutching his bleeding chest, and says "It's the bunions."

A great movie. I love the way you can see but not hear Robert Taylor swear during gunfire: "damnit", and "son-of-a_b____"
