it's *MacDill*...not McDill. i'm sorry. but i'm currently stationed at MacDill and it's aggravating to see my base's name constantly misspelled =}

This website has a procedure to fix spelling (and other) errors. Try it out.

PS: Greetings from your sister base in CA.

WHO'S PETE?????

I'd rather go hunting with Dick Cheney, than driving with Ted Kennedy

I'd rather Dick Cheney had gone hunting for Ted Kennedy.

Well, I was born at MacDill, so I know how to spell it, but I don't see on this site here any reference to it. The locations section lists "Drew Army Air Field, Tampa, Florida" as the filming location, although my mother says that at the time (WWII) there were no planes there; it was just a communication center.

(She also met various actors filming there, amongst them, Gig Young and James Brown.)
