So bad!

I really liked this movie at first. But the whole scenario with the Greek orphan was just one dumb development after another. I don't blame that kid a bit for wanting to stay at the orphanage!

I imagine the translation of his last words to Tess Harding were something like: "I'm going to stay right here until a NICE movie couple comes to get me - like Cary Grant and Irene Dunne!"

eh eh, right!

by the way the non translation of any non american language in an american movie always has troubled me, even (less often?) in recent ones. Yes, hiring a translator for one line might be too expensive?
