The kitchen scene

This scene reminds of the story my mother used to always tell about trying to cook breakfast for mt father the morning after their wedding night. She wanted so much to make him a perfect breakfast, but everything went wrong. She burnt the toast, dropped the eggs on the floor, etc. My father found my mother in the middle of the kitchen floor amidst eggs and burnt toast, crying. He didn't say a word, but quietly cleaned the kitchen, and proceeded to make a perfect breakfast. All that did was make my mother burst into tears all over again. After that, my mother taught herself how to cook, and did it very well.

While the whole movie is built like a comedy, I was "disgusted" by a mistake: when needing the yeast for the recipe (wrong page btw)...the fridge was almost empty, but had a medium bowl, full of fresh yeast packages. Fresh yeast does not last long in a fridge. You may freeze it or use it right away.
