Abbott and Costello Are Coming To DVD In February


Abbott and Costello's first 8 films made at Universal will be released on DVD on February 10th. The set is called The Best of Abbott and Costello: Volume 1 and the 8 films will be spread over 2 discs so there won't be any room for bonus material other then trailers. The 8 films are One Night In The Tropics, Buck Privates, In The Navy, Hold That Ghost, Keep'em Flying, Ride'em Cowboys, Pardon My Sarong and Who Done It?

No duh this reply is like two years late, but yeah, I have volumes one and three of the Abbott and Costello series. Yep, those guys are pretty funny.

I recommend purchasing the newest releases of Universal's Abbott and Costello. The original DVDs released over ten years ago had a lot of skipping problems. Also there was too much data put on one disk making the video quality poor. These newer disks look wonderful on HD televisions.
