Was that Mickey Daniels late of Our Gang(Little Rascals) dubbing Cheetah's laugh through the whole movie? It sure sounded like him.

Absolutely it is Mickey Daniels. You know it is. No one else ever sounded like that. And I'm a recording engineer. That laugh was practically his trademark.
